Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to send it back. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
As we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Where do I send my return?
Returns are sent to our warehouse in China. We'll provide the full return address once your return is confirmed — just email us to get started.
Do I need proof of postage?
Yes, please keep your receipt or tracking number when you post your return. We're unable to process a refund without proof of postage.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
