We're proud to ship worldwide — and all orders come with free shipping.
- Standard delivery: 5–8 business days, as all orders are shipped internationally.
- Popular items: Due to high demand, some items may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
- Returns must be sent with proof of postage — please keep your receipt or tracking number, as we cannot process a refund without it.
- As we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns are sent to our warehouse in China. We'll provide the return address once your return is confirmed.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
How to Start a Return

- We'll confirm your return and provide the return address.
- Ship your item back with proof of postage within your 30-day window.
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
